Refunds
Smart Pet Beds offer a 14 day returns policy. The item must be in new condition still, unopened and not damaged. If your item is faulty please contact us before returning your item so you can get a free post label ensuring a safe and quick return of your product. Please note we only offer free post labels when an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent out. If you have ordered in error or don't like the item then you would be liable for the cost of returning the item. |
Damages |
We have developed a good packaging system that will take the bumps and knocks of couriers, sometimes the box is damaged, but the item is still in good condition, If your item has arrived damaged please send photos of the damage to us along with your details. |
Missing items |
If there is an item missing from your order, human error happens on occasion, please contact us and provide your details so we can look into the matter. |
Incorrect items |
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item please contact us with photos of the wrong item and we will look into the matter ASAP. |
